The Kukri is the traditional knife of the Nepalese mountain people and the formidable Gurkha units that served in the British Army. Its history dates back hundreds of years, and its shape was probably inspired by the ancient Greek Kopis swords. For the Gurkhas, the kukri is an extension of their hand—they use it for everything from cutting vegetables and trees to hand-to-hand combat.

The distinctive feature of this knife is its curved blade with the center of gravity shifted significantly forward. This design acts as a lever, adding tremendous kinetic energy to every movement. The blade is made of high-quality molybdenum-vanadium (MoVa) stainless steel, which is durable, flexible, and corrosion-resistant. Unlike carbon steels, it does not require such meticulous care. The tip is very sharp and, thanks to its concave shape, penetrates deep into the material.

The kukri features a full tang construction, which means that the steel runs through the entire handle, forming a single unit with the blade. The scales are made of laminated wood (Rosewood/Pakkawood) with a beautiful reddish-brown texture and are secured to the steel with brass rivets. The handle is shaped so that it does not slip out of the hand during movement (it widens towards the end).
It comes with a high-quality leather sheath.
